The society hosts weddings, funerals, and special events including a Memorial Day celebration and music series. Tours can be arranged by appointment. 

Music at the Advent

Music at the Advent is a series of concerts each year that combines music and history in a unique rural setting, highlighting the magnificent acoustics of the building. Programs include a range of musical traditions from classical repertoire and traditional choral-sing alongs, to folk and blue grass.  Admission is FREE and open to all. Visit the exhibits, explore the cemetery, and share fellowship and refreshments.  Check our website and FACEBOOK page for details on dates and times.

Memorial Day:  Community sing along following the Memorial Day ceremony in the Cemetery.

Summer Concert: Mid-July. Featuring a specific music tradition performance.

Fall Harvest Home: Music, crafts and activities for children. Tours of exhibits and the Advent Cemetery.
